Do you offer discounts for survivors or cancer patients?
Absolutely! Please send a message to us using the chat button and we will provide you with a unique promo code for 10% off your entire purchase.
Can you ship my package to a person in a hospital?
Maybe! If you are unable to deliver the gift yourself and also can’t have it sent to someone who can hand deliver it for you, we can check with the hospital to see if it’s possible to send the box directly to a patient. One requirement is that you need to be certain they will be there for more than 1 week. NOTE: We cannot guarantee these packages will be delivered correctly (hospitals aren’t always great at this).
Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the wrong ship to address. What do I do?
No worries! Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the error and include the correct address you would like your package shipped to.
Do you have any gifts for men or kids with cancer?
Our boxes are curated with women in mind. Because cancer treatment can cause physical changes, many of our boxes include items like lipstick, nail polish, earrings, scarves, etc. They are not intended for children.
How long should it take to receive my package?
We ship out our packages within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery then takes 2-3 business days unless there is a weather emergency. If you need something delivered sooner, let us know!
What is your return policy?
We hope you love the gifts, but if something isn’t right, send us a note to email@example.com.
Can I make substitutions for some of the products?
Not currently. Our gift boxes are all packed and sealed up ready to get into the hands of your loved ones as quickly as possible. For a custom box, send us a note and we can work with you. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I add a card or note to my gift?
Easy peasy! Choose a card from the "add a card" page or look for the pop up at checkout. Beneath the items in your cart there is an option to “add a personalized note.” Have more to say? Send it to us by email email@example.com
I don’t know anyone with cancer, but I would love to donate one to a person in need. Is that possible?

How does HumanKind Box give back to the cancer community?
In as many ways as possible! We donate boxes as often as possible -- for every 25 boxes sold, we donate a box to a cancer patient through the Young Survival Coalition. We also partner with survivor-run businesses, volunteer for patient orgs, raise research dollars, and give to young adult patient communities.
Is this a subscription box?
Nope. Each care package is in a single order gift box. You will only be charged for a single purchase. If you would like to send a series of 3 or more boxes (for example: Just Diagnosed, Surgery Strength, Big Chemo Box), we can offer a 10% discount and send them on specific dates. Would you be willing to send my friend/sister/daughter/mother a free box?
We love sending free boxes, but we are not funded by a private donor or foundation, so we actually do need the sales from our boxes to keep the lights on and continue to create meaningful care packages for women facing cancer.
